These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the easyPay website at https://easypay.money/ and any related services we provide. By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms.
easyPay is a comparison and referral service that helps businesses find suitable payment providers, card terminals and EPOS solutions. We are not a payment processor, bank or regulated financial institution, and we do not provide payment services ourselves.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: (a) submit false, misleading or impersonating information; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems; (c) use automated means to scrape, copy or interfere with the site; or (d) use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair our services.
When you submit the Apply Now form, we pass the information you provide to the payment provider you selected so they can contact you with rates, devices and contractual terms. Any agreement you enter into with a provider is solely between you and that provider. easyPay is not a party to, and has no liability under, any such agreement. Rates, offers and terms referenced on our site are subject to change and to the provider's own eligibility checks.
Content on the site is provided for general information only and does not constitute financial, legal or other professional advice. You should carry out your own due diligence before entering into any arrangement with a payment provider.
The site, its content, layout, trade marks, logos and underlying code are owned by easyPay or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Third-party logos and names displayed on the site are the property of their respective owners.
The site may contain links to third-party websites, including provider websites. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of those sites.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, easyPay disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, easyPay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any provider introduction. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold easyPay harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and easyPay submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site, save that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
